How do I sign up for Dropshipping by Orderchamp?
You can fill-out the form on this website, and our team will be in touch in the coming weeks. There will be an official enrolment through our platform, once you have been approved.
How and when will I be billed for my subscription?
We offer 12 months subscription plans with monthly or yearly billing. These contracts will be charged to your creditcard or bank account via a mandate, which you’ll be able to setup through our billing system. You’ll receive the invoice after you have finished the subscription setup.
Which subscription is the right one for me?
This mostly depends on the limitations (brands / SKUs) and the processing fee, but we’re adding many new features in the near term which allow you to choose what works best for you.
When will other integrations be available?
We currently support Shopify, Woocommerce, Lightspeed and have a GraphQL API with documentation available.
Are there any additional costs?
Aside from the subscription fees and order processing fees from your plan, we do not charge you any additional costs to dropship with Orderchamp.
Are the prices exclusive of VAT?
Pricing for our subscriptions is exclusive of VAT.
